În urmă cu câteva luni mi-am propus să fiu mai aproape de voi, părinții și profesorii din comunitatea mea, iar astăzi, cu bucurie vin să vă spun că am găsit formula prin care să pot să fac acest lucru: am decis să lansăm un podcast.
Împreună cu Mihai Zoican, colegul meu de la Școala Încrederii, am început un proiect nou: podcastul „Imperfecți: acasă și la școală”: un podcast menit să îmbogățească relațiile din viața elevilor și să ofere un sprijin virtual pentru profesorii și părinții din România. Noi l-am numit podcastul imperfect, pentru că exact asta și este. E un proiect care nu aspiră să fie perfect, ci să fie real, să aducă în jurul său o comunitate la fel de imperfectă — o comunitate care vrea să găsească curajul de a fi vulnerabilă și de a-și accepta imperfecțiunile cu bunătate. Acesta este esența proiectului nostru imperfect. Este un proiect drag nouă, în care am investit mult suflet și care, într-un fel, are efect terapeutic asupra noastră. Sperăm că veți simți și voi la fel.
Primul episod va fi lansat mâine, în seara de 24 mai, pe pagina de Youtube a podcastului. The Imperfects: at Home and at School — a Podcast for Imperfect Parents and Teachers
A few months ago, I set out to be closer to you, the parents and teachers in my community, and today, I am happy to tell you that I have found a way to do this: we have decided to launch a podcast.
Together with Mihai Zoican, my colleague from Școala Încrederii (School of Trust), we are going to launch a podcast designed to nurture connections and relationships and provide virtual support for teachers and parents across Romania. We’ve initially called it the „Imperfect Project” because, at its core, it is a project that does not aspire to be perfect, but to be real, to bring together a community just as imperfect — a community that wants to find the courage to be vulnerable and to accept its imperfections with kindness. This is the essence of our imperfect project. It is a project dear to us, in which we have invested a lot of heart, and which, in a way, has a therapeutic effect on us. We hope you will feel the same.
The first episode will be released tomorrow evening, on May 24, on the podcast’s YouTube page.
